Using only traditional methods and aged for a minimum of one year in the bottle, Gilgal Brut is made of Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%). This sparkling wine shows off bright lemon notes nuanced with crisp green apples and pears, fresh flowers, and hints of wild strawberries. Its refreshing tartness makes the wine immensely drinkable.
